Mr. Mahto is an unwavering and dedicated individual who has earned both his Postgraduate degree (LLM) in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and his law degree [BA LLB (Hons)] from the prestigious National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. He is currently working as a full-time research assistant for IPR Chair at NUSRL-Ranchi where he has assisted in drafting reports, policy recommendations, and research papers aligned with the goals of the SPIRA scheme, promoting industry-driven research and innovation and is engaged in fieldwork activities to understand the practical implications of intellectual property laws on businesses and industries, with a specific focus on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, among other roles.

Throughout his academic odyssey, he has cultivated a profound interest in various domains, encompassing Intellectual Property Law, Civil and Criminal Law, among other legal arenas. Beyond his professional endeavours, Parmeshwar's zeal extends to legal research and writing, where he ardently explores and delves into the intricacies of the legal landscape.
